Legendary sweet elixir from the well known Tokaj Region. Vivid gold colour with fruity flavours of honeyed apricot and marmalade that are uplifted with lively acidity. Full bodied, flavoursome and rich, fermented and aged in oak barrels.

Aszu can be a fabulous dessert in itself, or it goes well with blue cheese, dry-cured ham, game, or a wider range or desserts such as cream cakes, custard, crème brûlée.
